  • Can I pre-order donuts?
    We accept orders on our website and over the phone. All orders must be paid for at the time they are placed to guarantee the order.
  • Do you offer delivery?
    We offer delivery services through Munchy's as well as on our website.
  • Someone in my house has a nut allergy, is it safe to order?"
    All of our foods are in an environment where nut products are present. We do our best to ensure the products are kept separate so they are safe. If you are placing a pre-order you can notify us during ordering that there is a nut allergy in your home and we will take extra precautions with your items. In store we have 3 donut cases, we keep all nut items in one case together to limit exposure with other items. We also prepare our nut items last to limit exposure risk to other prepared items.
  • What happens to my order if I do not pick it up?
    This can depend on a few different factors, please see our refund policy for more information. We would also encourage you to reach out to us if you need to cancel your order so we can discuss your options. As a general rule if your order is not picked up by end of day and you have not contacted us the order will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
  • Why do you not have the same donuts every month?
    We change our menu monthly. We have a lot of varieties and want to share them all with you. The best way to do this is to bring you new and exciting items on a monthly basis. Keep watch on our social media page close to the start of each month for the menu to be released.
  • Can I order donuts that are not on your menu?
    We may be able to accommodate special requests on orders with a 24 hour advance notice. Please call us or come into the store to talk to a donut specialist about your order. Please note we may add additional charges for custom orders.
